How do I do it, if:
1) How can I be sure that my purchase was made correctly?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, we invite you to check your junk mail and contact hello@slydoxa.com
2/I want to return my part?
Returns can be made within 14 days maximum after receipt of the order, against reimbursement or credit (if this period is exceeded, reimbursement will not be possible), by postal delivery. See in Delivery & Returns.
3/ What is the reimbursement period?
You will receive an email to notify you that the refund has been made. The refund of the Products will take place according to the following terms:

4/ Is payment by credit card on the site completely secure?
Yes, paying by credit card on the site is completely secure.
The bank details communicated during payment are protected by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption process. In this way, these details are not accessible to third parties. See Article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions of Payment and Security.
5/ What should I do if I receive a product that does not correspond to my order?
If you receive a product that you did not order, we invite you to contact hello@slydoxa.com directly.
6/ Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to modify or cancel your order if it is already included in our logistics process. See Article 5 of the ORDER T&Cs
7/ How do I track my order?
Your order tracking will be sent to you by email.
