Return policy
We offer you the possibility to return your items within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to process a refund. We kindly ask you to try on the clothes carefully, as you would in a luxury boutique. Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, clean and odorless.

1) How can I be sure that my purchase was made correctly?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, we invite you to check your junk mail and contact hello@slydoxa.com

2/I want to return my part?

Returns can be made within 14 days maximum after receipt of the order, against reimbursement or credit (if this period is exceeded, reimbursement will not be possible), by postal delivery. See in Delivery & Returns.

3/ What is the reimbursement period?

You will receive an email to notify you that the refund has been made. The refund of the Products will take place according to the following terms:
